RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If a product does not meet expectations and it has been delivered within the past 10 days we offer the ability to return or exchange the product for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and services charges associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.
Important Note: Clearance items, discontinued products, bulk orders, custom orders, items with printed graphics and graphic-only orders are not eligible for return.
Items must be in the original packaging or box and be in new condition without any signs of wear or use.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact us for approval and a return authorization before shipping any item back.
